Our employees and subcontractors are the core of our business. We consider ourselves to be a ‘work family’ and every other month we take time to appreciate one another. In April, we enjoyed a delicious catered lunch provided by one of our subcontractors to celebrate the completion of 606 Capp. What was originally a parking lot for a max of 28 cars has been carefully developed into 20 apartments (a mix of 11 one-bedrooms and 9 twos). The building was built in 10 months and boasts a beautifully landscaped common yard area and a roof deck that has views of the Bay Bridge, water views to the East Bay, Twin Peaks and Bernal Heights.
